Comfortable, roomy bed. Effective shower with strong water pressure.

Room cleanliness needs attention. Found dust and spider webs on the ceiling. Attic room's sloped ceiling caused some minor head bumps, and breakfast left out too long raised hygiene concerns. Encountered issues with unserviced rooms during stay.

I loved the generous space in our Triple Room with Private Bathroom-perfect for relaxation! The delicious homemade breakfast was the highlight, offering a wonderful selection that catered to all tastes. Plus, the fine views of Arthur's Seat from the breakfast area were amazing!

i had a lovely stay at airdenair guest house while attending a wedding celebration. the staff, especially duncan, went out of their way to help us with our luggage. the breakfast was good and made fresh, exceeding my expectations during this visit to edinburgh.

the room could use more decor.

excellent access to parks and historic landmarks nearby

I really enjoyed the cozy stay, especially since it was just less than a 5-minute walk to the bus stop, making it super easy to explore the Royal Mile and the breathtaking Arthur's Seat which is almost 2 km away. Duncan was an incredibly helpful host who provided all the insights I needed to make the most of my walking adventures around the city.

This was just an optimal selection for a flash visit in Edinburgh with good price value. The heater in the bathroom made my stay so much more comfortable during the chilly night. Try to find a bus schedule for quicker trips into the city.
